Welcome to UMeet, a service provided by UNAZ Services Limited ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the UMeet Online Meeting Platform ("UMeet" or "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, joining a meeting, or using any part of the UMeet service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a legal guardian if younger).

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use UMeet for:

• Online meetings, webinars, and virtual classrooms

• Business collaboration and professional communication

• Remote consultations and internal communications

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes

• Share offensive, harassing, or inappropriate content

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the system

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• By uploading or sharing content, you grant UNAZ Services Limited a limited license to store and display such content only to provide the service.

• You must ensure you have the right to share any copyrighted or protected material.

5. Meeting Recordings and Data Storage

• Meetings may be recorded with prior notice to all participants.

• Hosts are responsible for informing participants about recording.

• Recordings and related content are stored securely and are only accessible by authorized users.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

• Some features of UMeet may be available via subscription plans.

• All fees are billed in accordance with the pricing plans selected.

• Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

7. Service Availability

• We strive to ensure 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtimes, and we will notify users in advance where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

UNAZ Services Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages

• Data loss or service interruptions beyond our control

• Any content shared or uploaded by users during meetings

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the vicinity.
